The conception of the mold is a fundamental step in the injection molding process. For this during design and feasibility, they should be considered all the variables that can affect the final product.
Injection molding is one of the most important of shaping processes in the processing of plastic materials. By this process it is possible to produce, in an economically advantageous, components in large quantities and with high freedom of configuration.
The multi component injection technology allows to obtain finished pieces, products with different materials for color or type of polymer (for example rigid material support and thermoplastic rubber overmoulding), thus obtaining the finished parts without manual assembly operations.
